Codex Romanoff is an editorial Project for a fictional publisher Máquinas do Tempo Editores inspired by a diary of recipes and machines by Leonardo Davinci himself where he writes about the art of cooking and eating and how to behave while sitting at a dinner table. He also mentions a number of hilarious kitchen machines that he wants to create, for example: a potato masher moved by cows or even a napkin, which they didn't have at that time!
This book aims to show how much Leonardo was ahead of his time so it makes use of a contemporary language like diagrams, illustrations and other graphic elements on a relentless pursuit of recovering the past and owning the present.
